4.2 STATEMENT OF POŠTA SLOVENIJE D. O. O.’S EXECUTIVE

MANAGEMENT REGARDING RESPONSIBILITY AND NON-DAMAGE

The Executive Management of Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. is responsible for the compilation of the Pošta Slovenije Group’s annual report for 2020 and financial statements, which to the best of its knowledge include a fair presentation of the development and operating results of the Company and its financial position, including a description of the principal types of risk to which it is exposed.

The Executive Management of Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. finds that the annual report of the Pošta Slovenije Group and all constituent parts thereof were compiled in accordance with the Companies Act and the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU.

Pošta Slovenije d. o. o.’s Executive Management also confirms that the appropriate accounting policies were consistently applied in compiling the Pošta Slovenije Group’s financial statements, that accounting estimates were made according to the principle of prudence and the diligence of a good manager, and that the annual report of the Pošta Slovenije Group presents a true and fair picture of the Group’s financial position and operating results for 2020.

The Executive Management of Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. is also responsible for ensuring that accounting is conducted correctly and that appropriate measures are taken to secure property and other assets, and confirms that the financial statements, together with the notes, have been compiled under the assumption of the Pošta Slovenije Group as a going concern, and in line with current legislation and the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU.

The Executive Management of Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. is responsible for taking measures to prevent and detect fraud and irregularities, and for securing the value of the Pošta Slovenije Group’s assets.

The local tax authorities may audit the operations of Pošta Slovenije Group companies following the reporting date, which can result in an additional tax liability, default interest and fines for corporate income tax or for other taxes and levies. The Executive Management of Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. is not aware of any circumstances that could give rise to any significant liability on this account.

The Executive Management of Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. is responsible for compilation of the annual report of the Pošta Slovenije Group for 2020. By signing below, we hereby agree with and confirm the annual report as stated above.
